“Excellent customer service!! I was traveling through Holmen & I had a tire go out. I saw a shop (Cordell’s) so I pulled over immediately. I tried to put my spare on & the unit that holds it on would not budge (Trailblazer model - not a good one to obtain your spare). I walked up to the shop - that was closed by the way.. A gentleman greeted me & we discussed the situation. He told me my options. I made an appointment to get the spare removed - then he responded that we should just go look at it. My vehicle was on a jack and a thunderstorm was heading our way. He took my tire into the shop - turned all the equipment back on and fixed my tire. Then I inquired about payment. He was more concerned about me getting my vehicle intact before the thunderstorm hit. We rushed to get the job done - and through the brief small talk.. Low and behold he was the owner of the company!! I am truly grateful. Though this could seem minor to most, it had a huge impact on me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!”
