They stand behind their work. I had a part break that was replaced here almost two years ago. They fixed it no questions asked. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. These guys have always been good to me and took me under the car to show me what they were going to fix. AND they are super nice and gave a us a loaner vehicle during the repair. Been going to CCC for years, and it's always a pleasure. Not only do they take excellent care of my vehicle, they are fun to wait with! Can't say that about many places. Last time I was in, they spent well over an hour evaluating what I was concerned about, couldn't find anything wrong, but didn't charge me for their time. I know they are not going to try to sell me something I don't need.

Darin and Jeff are awesome! I've used CCC since I moved to La Crosse 9 years ago. Friendly knowledgeable staff, always on time, can call and get first appointment oil change in a day or two. Highly recommend!

These guys got my car in quickly, and didn't BS me into getting things done I didn't need. I blew a hose on my power steering, and feared the whole system would need replaced. I don't know because I'm not a mechanic. The quote for the whole system was ~$400. I would have paid that. But all it needed was a hose replaced, and they got me out the door without anything additional for under $100. I am VERY happy with their service.

Broke down about 3 miles from Cordells today, had a flat tire on my trailer. I was worried someone would steal things off my trailer, so I asked them if they could hurry. It was a simple fix, and I was on the road in five minutes. Thank you!

No need to use a lot of words! The name; Courtesy Car Care is the same as the word Excellent! Our tire had a small leak, and kept going down. I asked CCC to check it at the same time as our oil change and tire rotation. During the process, an incident occurred damaging the tire beyond repair. "We'll take care of it", were Jeff's words. I thought he'd put on one of the tire brands sold by them, but no he went out and bought the exact same tire as the other three on the vehicle! Now THAT is what I call EXCELLENT customer service.
