This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had at an auto mechanic. I asked for quotes on everything, and the price I was given did not even closely meet the price they charged me when I went to pick up my car. I asked why the price discrepancy they said “well this is standard pricing.” They did not “diagnose” my vehicle with anything, nor replaced my battery which is still under warranty with them and is not operating at 100%, and there’s no power drain within my car that would cause a battery that’s less than a year old to die completely after not being driven for only 2 days! I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. In my experiences with them, they are not honest, or helpful, and are very condescending.

ABS light and traction lights went off a day prior and they got me in next day for brake inspection. Turned out it was the wheel hub ring. Was able to get that replaced the very same day. Courtesy ride was great and convenient. The front desk lady was very nice.

The service at Cordell’s was great!! They were very quick with the diagnostic of what was wrong with our vehicle and worked with our warranty company to ensure we wouldn’t need to pay more than we needed! We will definitely be going back!

I decided to try cordells based on reviews and how close it was. I deeply regret this decision. Every time I brought my car in it came back with a new problem that they claimed wasn't their fault. Even though the issue began less than a week after they had my car and their $200 inspection failed to find it. I would never let them touch my car again.

Excellent Work! I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by mid afternoon. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need work done. My brother recommended them to me and I see why. Crodell's did an excellent job and I am 100% happy customer. Thanks!

My experience at Cordell’s was outstanding! Tracy was very clear with communication and there were no unexpected costs. Maintenance was done in a very timely manner. I will definitely be going back if I need repairs done!
