We have been loyal Cordell's customers since moving to Holmen in 2005 and have been nothing but completely satisfied with their work on our vehicles and outstanding customer service. We have cars with very high mileage, and this company understands our need to keep them running, despite their age and condition. We trust them completely.

Drove by and saw they gave free loaner vehicles. Went inside and was met with great staff and was on my way in a loaner vehicle in minutes. Next day had my car back. Great staff great service. Thank you!!

I stopped in today to ask if they had time to remove the nail that decided to find its way to my tire. Without thinking they said "lets get that done quick for ya." I've been going to Cordell's for years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They are always honest, helpful and friendly. They explain any needed repair in simple language and are always good at helping prioritize the repairs needed. They have even taken me back into the shop when my car is tore apart to show me the problem so I can see for myself why certain repairs were needed and to better understand the issue. How impressive! They always get things done in the timeline they say and do their best to squeeze you into the schedule whenever possible. Thanks to all of the Cordell's staff for taking such good care of me over the years!

The staff members are awesome. They listen and answer your questions honestly. I will definitely be back for all of my car needs. When you pick up your car they leave a thank you on your dash....it made my smile all the way home. Thanks Cordell!

We had a tire issue coming up from Illinois, the guys fit us in right away in the nick of time before they closed! And stayed later on a Saturday to get us all good to go! Excellent customer service!!!!

I was very impressed with the service and compassion at Cordell's. My repair ended up costing more and my budget is very tight. The service folks at the front desk made every effort to get the cost of the repair down. As a woman, I am intimidated by auto repair shops and am apprehensive that they may try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to auto repairs. At no time did I feel that they were taking advantage of me. I was comfortable with the entire situation. Another thing I noticed, the place was very busy and I noticed that they had a great rapport with returning customers. I definitely recommend Cordell's!
