Probably one of the rudest staff I've ever encountered went in to have a tail light bulb checked. The tech dropped the bulb and broke it. When questioned by his manager he said he didn't drop it. I then asked if we could make sure the new bulb worked which they charged me for the tech told me they charge extra to stand behind your car and see if it works. He also said he could have charged me labor but didn't. I would not recommend cordells to my worst enemy.

Tires came in late and all the bays were full. Joe put them on using the outside lift in the cold so we could use the car on Thanksgiving. Thanks Joe!
