This was my first visit to CCC. A very pleasant experiance. I needed both a battery and alternator and they crew did their very best to get the job done on Friday afternoon. Although that didn't happen, my car was back to me within an hour of opening on Monday morning. Highly recommended by many of my friends and clients.

I stopped in today to ask if they had time to remove the nail that decided to find its way to my tire. Without thinking they said "lets get that done quick for ya." I've been going to Cordell's for years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They are always honest, helpful and friendly. They explain any needed repair in simple language and are always good at helping prioritize the repairs needed. They have even taken me back into the shop when my car is tore apart to show me the problem so I can see for myself why certain repairs were needed and to better understand the issue. How impressive! They always get things done in the timeline they say and do their best to squeeze you into the schedule whenever possible. Thanks to all of the Cordell's staff for taking such good care of me over the years!
